Kamikaze is the fan-given name for a tactic that involves a small player continuously attacking another recklessly.
Usage[]
A player will try to kill a target by darting around or aiming straight for the head recklessly, if they die, they'll respawn quickly and do it again. Most kamikaze players are small, less than 10 tons as it allows for more mobility and easier turns.
Effectiveness []
Most effective against solo rebels as they are large and small players can kill them if they're too slow to turn(Note that some rebels lose energy and start shrinking, becoming small.) Less effective against other teams.
Tips[]
Depending on the type of kamikaze attack you are facing, this can be approached in different ways.
If encircled- Don't give up hope, teams get impatient and sometimes kill themselves by trying to strangle you quickly. Keep your snake's head inside your body's circle to avoid the team kamikaze snake from darting in and taking you out with them.
If running free- Kamikaze snakes are much easier to deal with when you have free reign of the map. More often than not, they pose very little threat as they are usually with the team chasing you rather than ahead of you. However, keep your eyes open at all times while being pursued by a team, clever kamikaze snakes in teams and even solo will use the water to catch you off guard. The smaller the snake is, the faster it will be in relation to you. If you're on land, they pose even less of a threat beyond being a nuisance to avoid when taking sharp turns or squeezing into tight spots.
